At Tangletown Realty, our founder and Broker Angela Larson found that working for large real estate companies did not allow her the freedom, flexibility, or financial position to best serve her clients. After many years with 2 of the larger real estate companies in town, being weighed down by corporate interference and restrictions, and held back by expenses that she did not feel served her clients, Angela wanted to do things differently. By starting Tangletown Realty, Angela traded in the corporate type structure for a company that thrives on experience, knowledge and personal service. Small by Design means just that... that Angela has intentionally kept Tangletown Realty small, so that our agents can best serve their clients without the corporate restrictions and politics that come with larger companies. It leaves our dedicated, experienced agents to spend their time serving their clients, with the oversight of a highly trained broker with over 25 years of experience.
